Shipping Policy

Montessorily.co, ABAD (Asia) Limited, and/or its affiliates (“Montessorily”) provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at Montessorily.co, use Montessorily products or services. By using the Montessorily’s services (“Our Services”), you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to the following policy. In case of doubt or discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of this document, the English version shall prevail.

Order Processing

Order processing times usually take between 3 to 7 business days, however, there are extenuating circumstances where Montessorily may require additional time, such as during holiday periods. We try our best to ship the orders out as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Hong Kong S.A.R, China.

Local Shipping

  • We typically use SF Express or HK Post as the local Hong Kong courier.
  • Shipping fees and delivery times are determined the respective couriers.
  • Shipping options and fees are provided at checkout, which is typically HKD 30 for packages less than 1kg, unless using the “Pay for Shipping upon Delivery” option with SF Express.
  • We use the courier’s API to determine the shipping options and fees based on package weight, size, and/or volumetric weight.
  • All items are shipped with tracking numbers, which are available upon request.

Please note: SF Express has been known to occasionally change the tracking numbers when it reaches their shipping facilities for reasons unknown. We have no control over this, but we are able to work with the courier to identify the new tracking number if this occurs.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to multiple countries and regions.
  • Shipping options and fees are available at checkout after you enter the address information in the checkout page.
  • Shipping fees and delivery times are determined by the respective couriers. We use the courier’s API to determine the shipping options and fees based on package weight, size, and/or volumetric weight.
  • If you are unable to checkout or no shipping option is available at checkout, it means that we have do not a courier pricing for that country or region yet. We continuously exploring new partnerships with couriers to expand our global presence. Please feel free to contact us here to inquire.
  • All items are shipped with tracking numbers, which are available upon request.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • All customs duties and taxes levied by the country of destination are the responsible of the recipient.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for any orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

Delivery Dates and Times

  • Delivery dates and times are provided by the courier. These dates and times exclude the time a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for an authorized recipient if they will not be available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
